All Accepted and Registered full papers must be presented at the conference. The proceedings of ICAAHI 2025 will be published as Conference Paper in STEAM-H Springer Series ISSN : ISSN: 2520-193X; E-ISSN:2520-1948, (Scopus-Indexed Springer Series), and other databased Mathematical Reviews, and zbMATH.

Please Note:
The Registration fee includes only one certificate for the presenter only. For co-author certificate, 10 USD may be charged per additional certification.
The Registration money follows for 10 Pages, Extra pages may attract 20 USD Per page up to 12 pages at the maximum. (Exceptional cases may be reconsidered)
Registration Fee will NOT be constraint for exceptionally good quality papers.

General Note :

During the initial paper submission process, it is the authors’ responsibility to ensure that the author list and the paper title of the submitted pdf file is an exact match to the author list and paper title on the paper registration page. In particular, the paper registration page must include all co-authors, not just the submitting author. Failure to comply with this rule might result in your paper being withdrawn from the review process. Please be aware that the author list of an accepted paper can NOT be changed in the final manuscript. Only word files will be accepted for the review process, and all papers must be submitted to the official ICAAHI submission system of (Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit)

Peer Review Process :

The ICAAHI conference follows a double-blind review process for papers received for the conference. All papers are initially checked for similarity by the Turnitin Plagiarism Software, and all articles that pass the plagiarism checking will be submitted through the Scientific Committee members to 2–3 reviewers for rating based on specific reports. Includes important questions that are used by many publishers to rate the papers that are submitted to them based on our reviewers’ reporting forms and decisions, and the editor decides whether the paper is either accepted, accepted with a minor or major review, or rejected.

SUBMISSION Notes :

Use Times New Roman: 10 pts fonts for the main text and all additional parts except EndNote and index (where you should use 8pts), and paper headings (see below). All text should be single-spaced. The paper length should be up to 5000 words, including abstract and references.

To ensure that there are no extra spaces in the document, use your software’s find and replace command to substitute all double spaces for single spaces. Repeat this procedure until no double spaces are found.

The referencing system you use should comply with the IEEE or Harvard reference system style.
It is recommended that you use JPEG files for producing grayscale images or photographs with a resolution of 150 dpi. All images, including photographs, must be included in the main Word or other files submitted. Take into account the size of the page when including images (115mm x 180mm). Your image will have to be resized if it is too large or too small, and this can prove problematic in certain cases.

Preparation Guidelines :

The Original unpublished Research Papers, Articles & Working papers having maximum length 10 pages on the topics related to the theme are invited for presentation/publication in the conference proceedings. Only papers presenting original content with novel research results or successful innovative applications will be considered for publication in the conference proceedings (as chapters in edited volumes of Springer Series). Kindly ensure that your paper is formatted as per Springer Guidelines (not exceeding 10 pages written in A4 size). Please refer the attached springer template for preparation of your paper.

- Plagiarism should be less than 10%. (Excluding References) [Keep the Plagiarism Report along with manuscript [TURNITIN].
- Use of AI-generated writing or ChatGPT is strictly Prohibited.
- Grammatical error must NOT be there. Language Clarity is very much expected, and a language expert channels the final manuscript. Any kind of dispute may lead to direct rejection by Springer.
- NO Figure and NO Table should be copied from any other paper / Internet. This activity may lead to direct rejection. The quality of the figures should be high resolution.
- Page Limit: Minimum 08 Pages and Maximum 09 Pages after compliance with Springer Format.
- Each Paper must contain an Abstract (150-200 words) and Keywords (4-5).
- Writing Format: Springer Format [Strictly]
- All Table No. And Figure No. This should be mentioned in the manuscript
- All reference Numbers / Citations must be appropriately cited inside the manuscript.
- Make sure that all the references are cited in the body of the paper.
- Make sure that all the FIGURES and TABLES are numbered properly and cited in the body of the paper.
- NO TABLE will be IMAGE Format.
- All Mathematical Equations must be prepared using Math Editor; NO Equation-image must be there.
- Maintain good quality [HD] figures.

IMPORTANT NOTE : It is the sole responsibility of the authors if high levels of plagiarism, language clarity, Grammatical errors, copyright issues, other technical or Ethical issues, or AI-generated texts are detected even in the later stages of quality checks by the Technical Program Committee Team, and the registration fee will not be refunded in any case if the paper gets excluded from proceedings. The organizers are responsible for ensuring the technical quality of the paper based on reviews obtained by the reviewers.
